International Consultancy Project

We are happy to have taken part in a project with the ESCP Business School during which students used VIVA Sotheby’s International Realty as their case study for an International Consultancy Project.

The ESCP Business School was founded in Paris and has expanded throughout Europe with campuses in Paris, Madrid, London, Berlin, Turin, and Warsaw. It is consistently ranked among the best business schools in Europe with its mission being to inspire and educate purpose-driven leaders who will positively impact the world.

The project

This International Consulting Project examined the housing market in Spain as a whole and assessed in more detail the areas of Spain where VIVA Sotheby’s International Realty is based including Madrid, Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera and Costa Blanca.

The project covered different aspects of the housing market including which neighbourhoods are most in demand, type of properties and reasons to invest.
